Breakthrough provides services across 5 key domains that meet residents where they are at on their personal financial journey.

We support residents to increase their financial literacy, develop savings, improve net worth and provide access to financial products.

Income Support

We help residents get access to the benefits they are eligible for, which increases their income.


We provide housing education and coaching so that residents can become homeownership ready.

Small Business

We help launch small businesses through education and coaching
