BUILD Program

The future of successful urban mission will depend upon the development of leaders who are skilled at communicating cross-culturally, who understand and welcome diversity, who can articulate urban challenges effectively and who operate within a clearly defined biblical theology.
Our BUILD program is designed to help facilitate important discussions about some of the key justice issues of the day.
Led by trained facilitators, a cohort group goes through a seven week experience exploring issues of perception, attitude, and behaviors in relation to issues of race, class, power, prestige and privilege. The cohort also interacts with ministry professionals who work in the areas of health care, education, criminal justice, the urban church and education.
